I didn't register/create an account when I purchased.

You will receive by email tracking link from our Cubyn carrier of your parcel when your parcel will pass in preparation.
You will also receive a follow-up email from the carrier when it is picked up.

I don't have access to my mailbox/I can't find my order number.

Please contact us at sav@wasted.fr with the most information allowing us to find your order.

 

France : If the last update of your package is more than 7 days old, please contact us at sav@wasted.fr or click "get help on your Cubyn tracking link.

Europe & International : Customs clearance or the transfer of your package from the French carrier to that of your country can sometimes delay the delivery of your package by up to 10 days.
After this time, please contact us at sav@wasted.fr or click "get help" on your Cubyn tracking link (you may be given a time frame if claim eligibility is still pending as carrier loss reports are longer).

 

Certain orders containing specific products (skateboard equipment, vintage, mystery box, promotional gift for example) sometimes require special treatment on our part and may be put on hold due to longer preparation.

If after 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), you have not heard from us, please contact us at sav@wasted.fr

 

Once your order has been dispatched, the chosen carrier takes over and we unfortunately no longer have control over the follow-up of your delivery.
Has a transit advice note been left in your mailbox? Have you been able to find out from your neighbors? Does anyone other than you have access to your mailbox?

It is also essential that you contact our support department within 7 days of the delivery date.

Any change in size or model that you wish to make requires a return and placing a new order or requesting a credit note.
You will have to pay the shipping costs again.

On the other hand, if you have the possibility of returning your order in our shop in Paris, our colleagues will be able to process the return and the new order immediately. If they have the desired product in stock in the store, you can pick it up the same day. Otherwise, your exchange will be sent directly to the address provided

Returns are free for France. For the rest of Europe, some countries are free:

For the remaining countries, the return is chargeable.

On site, please also present yourself with your order number.

You will be able to make an exchange depending on our available stocks.

It is possible to return one or more articles within 20 days from the date of delivery of the order (folded as best as possible (no product "in a ball"). 1. Download and print the return label on your Cubyn tracking link: https://track.cubyn.com/ (by entering your Cubyn tracking number starting with CUB, you will then find a link allowing you to download your return)
You will find your tracking link with CUBYN tracking number:

- On your account in the "track my orders" tab
-In the history of your emails, when the shipment is confirmed by our service provider CUBYN.

The tracking number begins with CUB and is followed by a series of 9 digits.

2. Package all returned items, with a printout of your purchase confirmation email, and stick the label on a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. You must use sufficiently strong packaging according to the size and volume of the products. In order to respect the product, please do not put the products "in a ball" in the box.

3. Take it to the post office of your choice and ship it without paying.


4. You will receive an email once we have received your items and when a refund is issued.

During the promotions/Christmas party our services are busier than usual.
If you returned your item following a similar event, it may take up to 5 days to process your return after we receive your package at our agency.

During our annual holidays in August, our service is in a reduced team.
A watch is carried out but can lengthen the processing time of your return.

There are no customs charges applied on deliveries to states or territories of EU member states.
Only orders to the Canary Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and the Channel Islands (UK) are affected by customs duties payable by the consumer. The customer will be responsible for paying the taxes applicable in these territories (IGIC for the Canary Islands), as well as customs duties, when required by the tax authorities.
For deliveries outside the EU, any customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. VAT will not be refunded on international sales.
