How to join the Faithful Club?

How do I sign up?
Go to the "My Account" section to create your profile and join the program.
Your loyalty account is the same as your customer account.

I already have an account, what should I do?
Simply log in to activate your loyalty benefits and start earning points.

How to earn points?

How do I earn points?
You earn points with every purchase: €1 spent = 1 point.
You can also complete missions to earn additional points.

Points are credited immediately but will be deducted if an order is canceled or refunded, partially or in full.

Where can I check my points balance?
You can view your balance anytime from your account or directly on the loyalty page.

Do my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.
Can I transfer my points?
No, points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another account.

Can I exchange my points for cash?
No, points can only be redeemed for rewards.

When are my points credited?
Some points may require manual validation. Thank you for your understanding.

How will I know when new missions are available?
You’ll be notified by email or directly through your loyalty account.

How to use my points?

How do I use my points?
Redeem your points from your loyalty dashboard, then apply your code at checkout.

Can rewards be combined with other discounts or promotions?
No, loyalty rewards cannot be combined with ongoing promotions.

How long are my rewards valid?
Each reward has its own expiration date, which will be shown in your account.

If I return my order, do I keep my points?
No, if an order is refunded, the points earned from it will be deducted from your balance.

Invite your friends from the Referral section of your account by entering their email addresses.

Program conditions
- Offer valid only for new customers
- To trigger your reward, your friend must place an order of at least €40

Reward for your friend
€10 voucher
- Usable on orders of €40 or more
- Valid for 7 days after issue

Reward for you (the referrer)
€10 voucher
- Usable on orders of €40 or more
- Valid for 90 days
- Granted once your friend’s eligible order has been confirmed
What do the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers mean in the Faithful Club?
What are the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers?
The tiers reflect your level of loyalty within the Faithful Club.
The more you spend over 12 months, the higher your tier, unlocking exclusive rewards and benefits.

How do I reach a tier?
Your tier is based on the total amount spent over the past 12 months (returns excluded).

- Bronze: from €100
- Silver: from €250
- Gold: from €600
How long does my tier remain active?
Your tier is valid for 12 months from the date it was reached.
Each new purchase extends or upgrades your level automatically.

Can I lose my tier?
Yes, if your total spending over the last 12 months drops below the tier threshold.
But you can regain it as soon as you reach the required amount again.
